Terms and Conditions
SThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any Mobile Application ("the App") provided by Study Paddi Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
Use of the App
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from the App without our prior written consent.
User Account: In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Study Paddi Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or information obtained from the App without our prior written consent.
User Content
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading, posting, or transmitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable in the chat room or any platform provided by the App.
Privacy Policy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the App without liability or obligation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Lagos, Nigeria.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Study Paddi Limited regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
